Aljazeera — Taxmen have returned to work for the first time in decades in the Somali capital Mogadishu.The Federal Government has decided to collect taxes from market traders as it tries to re-establish its authority in city.But dozens of collectors have been killed by men unwilling to pay up.Al Jazeera’s Mohammed Adow reports from Mogadishu.
